Consume 1 tsp of Triphala powder along with lukewarm water which could be ideal if taken after having a meal at night. If powder is not available, Triphala capsules can also be taken. 

Triphala is an Ayurvedic herbal supplement that contains three fruits (Amalaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki) and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which help to reduce inflammation and fight off bacteria in the urinary tract.

 

Kutki

Add 1 teaspoon of Kutki powder, or capsule to 1 glass of lukewarm water. Honey can also be added to this herbal mixture.

Punarnava

1-2 teaspoons of Punarnava root juice (ras of punarnava jadd), and add the same quantity of water to it. Take it twice a day after having meals to get rid of your urinary complications.

Cow’s desi ghee has the magnificent quality to lubricate the gastrointestinal tract and all the tissues. It also strengthens the Ojas (immune system) and detoxifies the body within and throughout.

 

Dhaniya Beej 

Take 1 tsp. of coriander seeds and soak them in 1 glass of water overnight. Now the next morning, strain the mixture with the help of a sieve and drink it. 

Being loaded with multiple anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties, these tiny seeds flush out the harmful toxins from the urinary tract. Apart from eliminating toxins, they are also helpful in reducing pelvic area inflammation, pain, and redness.

 

Haridra
