It is painful inflammatory disease of joint,aroused due to bacterial infection in any part of the body, genitals or bowel. The most common joints that are affected are of knees and ankles. The classic triad i.e. Urethritis, Arthritis and conjunctivitis is present in 1/3rd of patients and Triad i.e. mucocutanous finding of balanitis is rarely seen.
